Betella Vario

As i have written in the old forum i have not have much luck with bettella varios.

I first bought one from ScooterCenter.com and it only lasted 6000km before there was to much play between the inner tube and the vario itself. I then got a replacement from ScooterCenter. It lasted fless than 12000km before it also showed the same fault.

I have written twice to scootercenter (and each time given them a month to reply) but have not gotten any replies

So I wrote directly to Bettella and the answered the mail right away. When I gave them the number below the barcode they acknowledged that it has been from a defective batch and have promised me a new Variomax free of charge.

That is good service !

And yesteday i received the new vario and i'mlooking forward to trying it out again

but anyway, it would´ve been much better to call back the defective batch in the first place...

nevertheless, good luck with the new one! and tell us more about it after some kilometers!
